STORE PICKUP - 107A N. CLAY ST. MARSHFIELD MISSOURI 65706

•Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Friday, from 10am - 6pm & Saturday, 10am - 2:30pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 1pm
during store hours (Tuesday - Friday, 10pm - 6pm Saturday 10am - 2:30pm) will generally be ready for pickup by the next day around 4pm (in some cases this will not be
possible so I will let you know). Orders placed on Saturday will always be available for pickup when we are back on Tuesday at 10am (unless otherwise stated by me).

SHIPPING RATES

•Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS Postal Service. USPS Post's delivery standard is 3 - 5 days. Shipping is based on total order value.
•We do not ship outside of USA at this time. We will have special times were we will offer Free shipping on orders over $150. There will be a discount code for these times.
This excludes taxes.

ORDER PROCESSING

•We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
•Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for
confirmation.
•If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sassisoutherncharmboutique@gmail.com . We will not be able to make changes to your order after it
has shipped.
•Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is
returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
