Refund Policy
All website and in store sales are FINAL with the following exceptions:

If the item that is delivered is damaged we offer a store credit refund or a replacement item. Store credit will be issued when the damaged item is returned and is verified to be unworn and unused. If the customer chooses to receive a replacement instead of store credit, we will ship the replacement when the damaged item is received (we will provide a return shipping label, see below for contact instructions).

If the item that is delivered is a different size than what was ordered (see below if you got the right size but it doesn't fit) we offer a replacement in the desired size provided that size is in stock. If the desired size is not in stock, we will offer a store credit refund. We will ship the replacement or issue the refund when the returned item is received (we will provide a return shipping label, see below for contact instructions).

We do understand purchasing things online without trying on is hard sometimes. If the item that is delivered does not fit as desired, but was the correct size that the customer ordered, we are happy to offer exchanges for a different size if the desired size needed is still in stock. If the desired size is not in stock, we will offer a store credit refund. We will ship the replacement or issue the refund when the exchanged item is received (we will not provide a return shipping label, customer is responsible for return shipping costs).
For all returns to be accepted, tags must still be attached, proof of purchase must be provided, and you must either bring to the Sassi Southern Charm Boutique location or arrange for shipping to the Sassi Southern Charm Boutique location.
All requests for exchanges or refunds must be sent to our contact email (sassisoutherncharmboutique@gmail.com) within 5 business days of delivery.
We do not offer cash refunds. Any refund that is issued will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
All items that are ON SALE (less than full price) are non-returnable or refundable. These sales are all FINAL. No exchanges or store credit will be offered.
